All India Looms in Front: (21/12/02)

It's just a matter of a few days now as everyone prepares for this years All India Entrance on the 12th January, 2003. Everyone should have got their hall tickets. Most of us have exam centers in Arts College and Model School. For those who are having problems with the hall tickets you can check the applicationg reception status here.

JIPMER Forms from GPO: (20/12/02)

On Thursday morning, Chakku and Althaf called me to say that the forms are available from the GPO. According to the officials there, only 50 forms had arrived. I was lucky enough to grab one as I had no other engagements on that day. For those who weren't that lucky, try sending DDs for the application forms from the Bank of Baroda in the Statue Junction. According to KKM, the employees of the bank are very co-operative.

The Provisional Tutor Interview: (19/12/02)

The walk-in interview held at the C. O. Karunakaran Memorial hall was not a serious one, at least for our batchmates. Most of them went underprepared and got some tricky questions from the examiners. But guess what, there are exceptions as always. The interviewers where underprepared with guess who? KKM. He had applied for Anatomy. But there was no one from the Anatomy Department and the Sir from the Department of Medicine managed to ask only three simple (to KKM) questions. There were a lot of PGs as well for the interview. For that reason, almost all from our batch applied for Pre-Clinical subjects.
